Our explosion-proof laboratory refrigerators have been tested by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the ATEX directive to ensure they are free from ignition sources. All electrical devices and components installed in the interior, such as fans and temperature sensors, are specially designed for use in Zone 2. This maximises safety without compromising on temperature stability. The intrinsically safe supply to the temperature sensors and the use of explosion-proof recirculation fans ensure reliable and uniform cooling. A specially developed grounding concept safely discharges electrical potentials, while the antistatic design of the plastic parts in the interior provides additional protection.
